Position: Interim CFO

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company, specialising in the production of packaging materials. Confidence in the accuracy of management information produced had diminished and a failing ERP implementation needed to be put back on track very quickly.

We were asked to find a professional Interim Manager with excellent manufacturing experience, strong cash management and extensive PE exposure. It was important that the Interim could act as a trusted partner to the CEO and could calm an unsettled situation across a multi-sited finance team.

We quickly embedded an Interim CFO who promptly managed to establish control and a forward plan. He promptly gained the confidence of the Group CFO in the U.S., sorted stock issues and eventually recruited his successor, giving a good handover.
